You are an experienced testing professional looking for a new challenge and a strong team? As Test Lead at Evolit, you take responsibility for quality assurance in technically demanding projects and actively help shape our testing community.

Your Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the testing community including coaching and mentoring
- Build and evolve test strategies, processes, and automation frameworks
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and defect management (Jira)
- Independently automate test cases
- Execute software tests and document results
- Close collaboration with product, project, and development teams
About You
What you bring:
- Technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in software testing with leadership/coordination experience
- Solid knowledge of test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
- Programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Basic database/SQL knowledge
- Experience with issue tracking tools (Jira)
- Knowledge of agile development methods

ab € 50.000,–/Jahr (KV-Basis)
We are legally required to publish the collective agreement baseline. Actual compensation is based on your qualifications and experience — and will be significantly above this.
